IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ

• NB. Please complete the ENTIRE process for EACH walker, including individual payment. We MUST have information for EACH participant. Don't worry - registration only takes a couple of minutes!
• Fees: The special Two for One offer runs until the 21st August. The registration fee for any entries received after that date is £15per person.
• ALL registration fees are non-refundable.
• Any Walker between the ages of 12 and 16 must be accompanied on the night by a parent/guardian who must also have registered for the walk.
• Once you have completed your personal details and proceeded to the next page you will not be able to use your browser to go back and amend. You will be required to re-input all details - this is to ensure the security of your information.
• T-Shirts: Cotswold Midnight Walk t-shirts will be sent to you in due course.  If we do not have your size left we will send an alterative size for you to wear. Please ensure that you have ticked and selected the most appropriate size, bearing in mind you may wish to wear it over clothes! You cannot change your t-shirt at a later date.
• Please ensure that you complete ALL fields as we need these details to process your registration.
• Please make sure that you give us an emergency contact that could be contacted on the evening. This should be someone who is NOT taking part.
• Please make sure that you read the conditions of entry before completing the form. You will also get a copy of these sent out to you with your registration pack which will be sent out nearer the time.
